But the chances of success are small, because even the governor made it clear that it was up to the municipalities to decide on the exact schedule of the opening.

Musk’s uprising is a tightrope walk for affected Alameda County. With 10,000 employees, Tesla is one of the largest employers in the region, and you don’t want to lose that despite the narcissistic CEO. At the same time, the community is risking Musk’s going it alone and imitating the “Wild West”. The community said it hoped that the company would behave cooperatively even without enforcement.
