To start 2021, the tandem Elmgreen & Dragset, well known for his irreverent designs, thinks big. Being the architect of an impressive city toppled, the two artists invested the ceiling of the Moynihan Train Hall in Manhattan with 91 suspended skyscrapers. Made of metal and glass, the buildings that make up this city of light illuminate New York passers-by with their 72,000 LEDs.
