PT Blue Bird Tbk (Bird) denied all claims of Elliana Wibowo, the plaintiff for the land transportation company. Before, Elliana Wibowo sued Blue Chicken in the South Jakarta (PN) District Court for 11 trillion rupees in relationship with a inventory dispute.
This lawsuit is relevant to the improvements in Blue Bird’s Advertisement / Art, Elliana’s shares in PT Blue Bird Taxi, PT Significant Bird and PT Blue Chicken Tbk, as properly as the shares of 1 of the shareholders of PT Blue Bird Tbk.
In the disclosure of the Indonesia Inventory Trade (IDX) information, Blue Chook administration stated that Elliana Wibowo was not registered as a shareholder of Chook on the basis of the firm’s shareholder register of the Securities Administration Place of work.

“Sister Elliana Wibowo is not registered as a shareholder of PT Blue Chook Tbk,” management stated in a letter to the CEO of OJK Capital Industry on Friday (8/19/2022). The letter was signed by Sigit Priawan Djokosoetono as President Director and Eko Yuliantoro as Director.
On top of that, management also confirmed that Elliana Wibowo is not 1 of the founders of Blue Hen. The Enterprise admits that it is not aware of and is not included in lawful issues as said in the lawsuit.
“Elliana Wibowo is not just one of the founders of PT Blue Chook Tbk and for that reason the firm has no lawful relationship with Sister Elliana Wibowo,” Blue Bird’s statement defined.
Administration pressured that this problem would not interfere with Blue Bird’s operations and funds. This can be noticed from the favourable efficiency proven by the business in the last 3 consecutive quarters.
“It has no influence on the firm’s operations, legislation, financial problem or enterprise continuity,” he said.
About the subject with Elliana Wibowo, Blue Chook hired the regulation firm Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo (LGS) to protect all of the firm’s pursuits in relation to the lawsuit.
