“Elles Impactent”: A Podcast Spotlighting Women’s Innovations and International Impact

As a Business Lab for Society, Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) has long made innovation an expertise in its own right at the service of companies. It has an experimental laboratory (GEM Labs) as well as two incubators (IncubaGEM, GEM the First AURA and more recently a deep tech accelerator “Tech for life”).

Expertise is, among other things, worked on at GEM by a Research Team dedicated to enriching academic knowledge and producing concrete applications. An expertise that is particularly evident around the theme of women’s entrepreneurship in context.

“We know the under-representation of women in the world of entrepreneurship and, more generally, in economic decision-making positions. And yet, women in research are more productive than male researchers and their patents relate to more concrete and useful innovations. recalls Séverine Le Loarne, Senior Professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management and Holder of the Women and Economic Renewal Chair (FERE).

Hence the idea of giving voice and highlighting these impactful innovators through the podcast carried by the FERE Chair!.

The first season will consist of 10 episodes of approximately 20 minutes each. The first three episodes are already available to listen to on the main podcast platforms: Apple podcasts, Deezer, Spotify.
