After thirty years of work, I was finally at the point where people – without having to do crazy stuff on TV – buy tickets for my show. Now I have the feeling that everything has been destroyed. “
Ten Damme is one of the artists who was allowed to take the stage for a trial event this week. There she realized that performing is what she likes most. “When I got back on the podium, I felt at home. This is my life. I’m not going to retire anyway.”
