As is known, the Indonesian national team players only arrived on Sunday (2/2/2022) at 13.30 WIB at Soekarno-Hatta Airport from Singapore. They have just played the prestigious AFF Cup 2020 for approximately one month.
In the event, Evan Dimas et al came out as runners-up after being defeated by Thailand in the top party. In the two-legged match, Indonesia lost the aggregate by a score of 2-6. The Garuda squad lost in the first leg with a score of 0-4 and drew 2-2 in the second leg.
After that, today the national team players arrived in Indonesia at 13.30 WIB. They went straight to the Sultan Hotel, Senayan, Jakarta to quarantine for 10 days.
This means that starting from today, the new national team players can leave their activities on January 12, 2022. In other words, they will pass the first week of the second round of Liga 1 2021-2022 which will start on January 6, 2022.
This was also confirmed by PSSI General Chair Mochamad Iriawan after welcoming them to the Sultan Hotel. He also hopes that clubs in Indonesia will understand this condition.
