Indonesian centre-back, Elkan Baggott extend contract at Ipswich Town. Elkan will play until 2025!
According to the club’s official website, Ipswich Town granted a contract extension to Elkan Baggott. The 19-year-old defender has added a three-year contract, meaning he will play until 2025.
“The club has the option to extend the contract for another 12 months,” the statement read.

Elkan Baggott already played at Ipswich Town in the U-18 age group category in May 2021. The following July, Elkan moved up to the U-23 team.
Last 2021/2022 season, Elkan broke into the main squad and played twice in League One. A third tier competition in England behind the Premier League and the Championship.
Elkan Baggott stated that he was happy to extend the contract at Ipswich Town. Elkan wants to keep growing!
“These have been an incredible few days for me. I am delighted to have committed to my future at the club,” he said.
“My goal for next season is to play as much football as possible, whether that’s here or if there is a loan opportunity.”
Elkan Baggott has made 10 appearances for the Indonesian national team. He contributed two goals.
