Although, as he writes Daily Mirror, this unspoken rule existed before. Members of the royal family cannot travel on any form of transport all together. But due to the fact that the family of Kate and William already consists of five people, they were made an exception. The Cambridge ones travel between London and Norfolk by helicopter.
The publication also writes that in just one month of this year, two incidents with helicopters of the royal family were identified. One of them is a board malfunction.
