Goalkeeping coach Einar Rossbach has finished in Odd with immediate effect.
It writes the club in a message on their websites.
Odds Ballklubb and goalkeeping coach Einar Rossbach have today agreed that Einar will resign as goalkeeping coach with immediate effect. The club thanks Einar for his efforts as a goalkeeping coach for many years and immediately starts the work of finding his replacement, the statement says.
Rossbach (55) has been goalkeeping coach at Odd for 13 years, but before the weekend went hard against sports manager Tore Andersen
– Several years of work when it comes to goalkeepers is a waste if he continues – or does not change, said a resigned Rossbach.
The goalkeeping coach initially had a contract for the rest of the season, but is finished with the club already now.
Einar Rossbach is the father of Odd’s first goalkeeper Sondre Rossbach. The online newspaper was in contact with the 24-year-old on Monday afternoon, who is currently at a national team gathering with Norway.
– I have no comments on the case, is the Odd goalkeeper’s short answer to Nettavisen.
The handling of what he believes was obvious lending by Egil Selvik is central. The goalkeeping coach would give him playing time elsewhere, and then bring him home as a possible first choice – with the necessary experience – and thus secured new contracts and possible sales. That André Hansen in his time also disappeared for free to Rosenborg is also a good thing, Rossbach stated TA.
– The main reason why I quit as goalkeeping coach in Odd is the sports manager’s handling of the goalkeeping group.
