Actor Mārtiņš Počs came to visit Elīna Maliginas. They have known each other since the time of the academy, where they studied acting, and later both worked together in the same theater. Speaking about her time in the theater, Elina reveals that many colleagues turned away from her because they thought she had no acting talent, but the staff position was obtained through director J. J. Gillinger’s bed.
During the conversation, Elina admits that her life changed after her marriage to the famous and scandalous director Gillinger, because no one looked at her talent anymore, but at the roles she got thanks to the title of her wife: “When you marry Gillinger, everything is bad, then everything goes through the bed. In the beginning you are very talented, as soon as you fight with Jill, you are immediately a bitch!”
