Elijah Wood, Orlando Bloom and other “Lord of the Rings” stars unleash crazy rap for the 20th anniversary of the first film

This is the video that buzzes today! On the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the release of the film “The Fellowship of the Ring”, stars of “Lord of the Rings” signed an awesome video.

It’s been 20 years since the first part of the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy was released in theaters and time has gone by so quickly that we can hardly believe it.

We could have imagined that an event with great fanfare was going to be organized to celebrate this anniversary, like what HBO max has planned with the cast of Harry Potter, for the twentieth anniversary of the first film in the saga.

And yet, nothing was done to mark the occasion, to the chagrin of the famous troublemaker Stephen Colbert who wanted to remedy this anomaly.

« Where the hell are the celebrations? (…) Harry Potter is going to be entitled to a huge special 20th anniversary with a full cast reunion. Seriously? Harry Potter is fine, but it’s not Lord of the Rings. I mean, Dumbledore couldn’t face a Balrog. Dumbledore was killed by a high school chemistry teacher ”, Declared, not without humor, the host star this Thursday in his famous show of the Late Show, broadcast on the American channel CBS.

Self-proclaimed fan of the “Lord of the Rings”, the American comedian – who succeeded David Letterman in 2015 at the head of this successful show – has therefore decided to bring together some of the actors of the trilogy directed by Peter Jackson, to achieve a clip as successful as it is hilarious.

A video, called “The # 1 Trilly” (“The trilogy n ° 1”), in which we see the actors Elijah Wood (Frondon), Orlando, Bloom (Legolas), Sean Astin (Sam), Dominic Monaghan (Merry) , Billy Boyd (Pipin), Andy Serkis (Gollum) or even Hugo Weaving (Elrond) release a crazy rap alongside rapper Method Man, member of the legendary group Wu-Tang Clan.

Colbert himself participated in this awesome video that fans will enjoy!
