Eligible Americans will receive direct payment of up to $1,312 next week

Eligible people will receive a new direct payment on November 16 in the United States. This is a stimulus check of up to $1,312.00 USD from the 2023 Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD).With this economic support, the state of Alaska will provide financial relief to its eligible residents. The money is part of the state’s mineral income and seeks to benefit the current and future generations of the entity.

Alaska Department of Revenue Commissioner Adam Crum noted that the 2023 PFD is the 42nd time Alaskans have reaped some of the wealth of its natural resources.

“This year, we processed at least 8,000 more applications than in 2022. The 2023 PFD will inject almost a billion dollars into the state’s economy and directly into the hands of Alaskans,” Crum said.

Eligible residents

Eligible residents are those who meet the established requirements to receive economic relief. First, intend to remain a permanent resident of the state. Another requirement is not to have claimed residency in another state. Lastly, you cannot have been a convicted felon.

The next payment, the last one by the way, will go to those who have been in the “Eligible-Not Paid” status since last November 8 and have not yet received this payment or the previous year’s payment. The shipping date is next November 16. The amount of money to be received is a maximum of $1,312.00 USD, according to official information released by the state Department of Revenue.

Finally, Crum said on the topic that “I would like to thank our Permanent Fund Dividend Division for their tireless work this year in administering the program and processing applications.”
