He sanitary area of Ourense, Verín and O Barco de Valdeorras Eleven new nursing positions will be provided -both stabilization and newly created-, four positions for Nursing Auxiliary Care Technicians (TCAE), nine for general service personnel (PSX) and two new ones for the social work area. These will come into force from tomorrow.
Of these eleven nursing positions, seven will be attached to the different health centers in the Ourense province, and one will be destined for a continuous care point, while the remaining three are stabilization positions in Continuous Care Points (PAC).
Los new troops they represent a quantitative and qualitative leap in health care in the area, since they allow for a reduction in ratios and a reorganization of the distribution of tasks in the assigned centers, in addition to developing the portfolio of services in this category to the maximum.
In the breakdown of those eleven nursing positions for Primary Care, eight of them will be newly created, and will be staffed by three nursing professionals specializing in family and community care at the Valle Inclán, Nóvoa Santos and Allariz Health Centers, another three nurses at the O Pereiro de Aguiar Health Centers, Avión and Viana do Bolo, a specialist nurse in Pediatrics at the O Couto Health Center and finally another to cover the PAC in Ourense. The other three remaining nursing positions are intended to consolidate existing vacancies at the Trives, Coles and Allariz continuous care points.
To this, we must add the two new positions for social work, whose professionals will be the benchmark in these councils in their field of action.
