Eleven Families from TF1 and M6 file complaint for “hidden work”

TF1 has been in turmoil for some time because of its broadcast Large Families: life in XXL. Amandine Pellissard, the first to leave the show to convert to X, had already denounced the filming conditions and announced that she was filing a complaint against the channel before other families spoke. This Wednesday, May 3, Céline Saffré said that she too had taken legal action against TF1 and she was not the only one.

Eleven families and two chains charged

The families of the TF1 show have decided to join forces with those of the M6 ​​show, The castle of my dreams, to file a complaint against the two chains for “hidden work“. In total, it would be eleven families who would also have decided to seize the prud’hommes of their cities to obtain a requalification of their contracts into employment contracts.

The accusations are quite similar to those of Amandine Pellissard, Louise Orgeval or Céline Saffré who claim to have had a bad experience and the filming. It is certainly not for nothing that the families have been leaving the TF1 program on the channel for weeks: the Jeansons, the Galli and very recently the Hammerli have all decided not to continue with TF1. The chain therefore finds itself in a delicate situation and wanted to defend itself.

Asked by The Parisianthe channel wanted to give its version of the facts: “We take note of the public statements made by these couples of parents who participated (…) these statements are part of a denigration against the TF1 group“. Moreover, for her, the words have no meaning since “the families speaking today have previously said otherwise about their participation in the program and contradict the statements of other families who participated in the program.”
