A 30-year-old teacher was charged with 19 counts of child abuse in Georgia, United States, after recording a sex tape in front of a class of elementary school students.
The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office reported that the defendant, identified as Amelia Ressler, had taken a substitute at Zion Elementary School prior to the aberrational event.
They indicated that “he participated in indecent and immoral acts while in the presence of school-age children. She is being charged with 19 counts of child sexual abuse and is currently in custody. “
According to police sources, Ressler was reported when someone from the community saw a 13-second video on the social network Snapchat, where he began by showing the children and then moved his camera to his crotch and began to touch.
So far the directors and researchers do not know if any of the little students saw what he was doing. The woman has no criminal record but was arrested in 2018 for a misdemeanor theft although prosecutors dropped the case.
At the moment, she has been detained since February 5 without the right to bail in the Carroll County Jail, facing a possible sentence of between 5 and 20 years in jail, if convicted of child abuse.
