“Elemental Business Centre”, the upcoming office building complex in the Skanste area, has already leased more than two-thirds or 70% of the total leasable area of the project. According to Imants Krēsliņš, the sales manager of the office building complex, this is a surprisingly positive indicator for the project three months before its commissioning, taking into account the current market conditions. “Elemental Business Centre” sales manager Imants Krēsliņš says that currently one project building is 90% leased, while the other is 50% leased. A few years ago, office rental projects were considered successful if they were about 50% leased at the time of completion.
