And he continued, during a telephone conversation with the journalist, Sayed Ali, through his program, “Hear the Citizen,”: “No dealings will be considered as of July 1, except for the electronic bill.”
He continued: “The paper bill must be eliminated through the electronic bill system, and the whole world currently deals electronically in any transaction.”
