The Swedish group said late Wednesday that it intends to finalize the transaction with an unknown buyer and make a profit of approximately SEK 740 million (65.3 million) in the fourth quarter.
US group rival Whirlpool stopped production in Memphis in June, moving production to a new Springfield facility.
