“We are not going to allow them to commit an act of treason against the country, and that is what you want to do. Make it clear to them no its reform will passwe have to be on the right side of history, even if it means openly opposing the group in power, it is clear, Morena is a tragedy and a disgrace for Mexico, “he declared.
Moreno Cárdenas maintained that the presidential initiative is not going to pass because it was created under obsolete visionsregressive and harmful to this country.
“Not to caprice or to submission, or to lies from MorenaEnough of Mexico continuing to drift. Today will be the betrayal of your legislators to the people of Mexico because your party is made up of traitors who sold loyalty and commitment in exchange for a space or in exchange for remaining in power”, he indicated.
Finally, he recognized the opposition legislators “for not allowing themselves to be pressured and for not allowing themselves to be intimidated”, and sentenced Morena that “if they continue with that arrogant attitude”, no constitutional reform will pass in the remainder of the 65th legislature.

“It is wise to change your mind”, PVEM justifies its vote in favor of the EPN electricity reform
The parliamentary group of the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico (PVEM) in the Chamber of Deputies, justified its support for the Electricity Reform initiative of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, after having supported the reform of former President Enrique Peña Nieto, and which is in force , arguing that what was sought was to lower electricity rates and pollution, “and unfortunately it did not happen.”
The coordinator of the PVEM, Carlos Puente, accepted that his party was wrong in 2013, but affirmed that he had the humility to rectify it, since “it is wise to change your mind.”
He argued that Mexico has not met its national and international goals in terms of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, which makes a new reform necessary.
In addition, he affirmed that the benefits of the use of renewable energies have remained in the hands of private investors, who also benefit from the subsidies granted by the government, which he emphasized is unsustainable.
“From 2013 to today, did the rates go down? From 2013 to today, did pollution drop? It is wise to rectify, we have the civil courage before the people of Mexico, to make a mea culpa and rectify along the way. That is why we are going to vote in favour. You, those who vote against it, will be voting against Mexico,” she remarked.
