Electric vehicle owner charging at a public electric vehicle charging station (SPKLU) for technology fast charging and ultrafast charging service fee is charged.
This is stated in the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree (Kepmen) Number 182.K/Tl.04/MEM.S/2023 concerning Electricity Charging Service Fees at Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. Service fee fast charging IDR 25,000 and a maximum ultrafast charging maximum IDR 57,000.
The Director General of Electricity at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Jisman P Hutajulu, said that the cost of this service is an additional fee. According to him, this is in accordance with the facilities offered.
“Then in relation to the current seminar, there is a service fee of IDR 25,000 for fast charging plus yes, then there is IDR 57,000 for ultrafast charging,” he said in Jakarta, Monday (31/7/2023).
“If fast charging it takes between 1 hour for charging. If ultrafast charging between 15-30 minutes, so it’s true that there is a way there is a price. Isn’t that right? So if we are fast, we have a choice,” he continued.
Meanwhile, the Director of Electricity Business Development, Havidh Nazif said, the cost of this service does not include the cost per kWh. He said, this service fee is charged for every electricity charging.
“Earlier, the cost of this service was in addition to the kWh. So each charging adds Rp. 25,000, each charging adds a maximum of Rp. 57,000 for those who ultrafast,” he said.
“So later the kWh will be Rp. 2,467, the maximum also from the special service fee plus the multiplier factor,” he said.
