Electric door: 55-year-old suffered a fatal electric shock in Bremen

In Bremen-Horn, a 55-year-old suffered a fatal electric shock when opening an entrance door. The incident occurred at the entrance to a multi-storey building with offices and practices in Grazer Straße. During the subsequent deployment of the Bremen fire brigade, a firefighter also suffered an electric shock. He was reanimated and admitted to hospital responsibly.

In addition, eight children were brought outside by turntable ladder. It was suspected that another door was energized. The daughter of the 55-year-old deceased was cared for by a pastor. The network supplier Wesernetz switched off the electricity in the building. The police are now investigating why the front door was under tension.
