Electric car and petrol: same models in comparison of cost. Which one do you spend the most on?

Electric car registrations have also grown dramatically in 2021. If in 2019 sales of zero-emission vehicles in Italy stopped at 10,577 units, 2020 saw volumes triple to 32,540 units for a final exploit in 2021 to well 67,542 units. The growth was 107.6% compared to last year and 538.6% when compared to 2019, with a market share reached of 4.6%, essentially the same as for plug-in hybrids. A success determined by the increasingly complete and growing offer of models – in the list today there are fifty-five of all possible architectures – and by the government incentives to purchase vehicles with zero or low emissions (in some cases they exceeded 10 thousand euros) now exhausted and that the government at the time would have decided not to refinance. A decision that plays a decisive role in the actual convenience of these cars, which on average have prices between 20% and 30% higher than a vehicle with a thermal engine. So, is it worth buying a 100% electric car today in the absence of a bonus?
