The Municipality of Burgas informs the users of Burgas Bikes that due to an accident in the application of the mobile operator, possibly due to an external attack, bikes will not be available for rent for a period of time.
Discussions are being actively held with the experts from A1, and we have given them all the information related to the problems that have arisen after the accident and that have been identified by users.
A meeting will be held today with software developers to resolve the technical issue. Once the system is fully tested and we are sure it works, the service will be restored and citizens will be able to rent bikes again.
