Electric Accumulator Component Factory in Bogor Regency Still Burning, Firefighters Trying to Extinguish the Fire

An electric accumulator component factory in the Dayeuh area, Cileungsi, Bogor Regency, West Java is still burning. Firefighters (Damkar) are still trying to put out the fire.

“Still in the process of extinguishing it,” said the Sekor Cileungsi Damkar call center officer, Dewa, when contacted, Saturday (3/6/2023).

“The report came at 7 (19.00 WIB). Three units (cars) have been deployed from the Cileungsi sector,” said Dewa.

Dewa does not yet know the cause of the fire. Includes other information about the fire.

Known, in the video seen detikcom at 20.00 WIB, the fire burned several parts of the factory. Fire trucks were seen in the vicinity. Firefighters appear to be putting out the factory fire.

The Head of Dayeuh Village, Jamhali, at 20.05 WIB, said that the fire had not spread to residents’ houses. Because, according to him, the location of the factory is quite far from settlements.

“No (spread), far from settlements,” he explained.
