It turns out that video surveillance is rife with egregious violations as long as there is someone to watch the hours of recordings. And today we continued to watch and unfortunately we find election crime after election crime and they – committed calmly in front of the camera. Turning blank ballots into actual ballots, either with “endorsing no one” affects the outcome. Thus, the number of votes required to elect a mayor in the first round with 50 plus one percent of the voters increases. And “patterning” – as they called it in one section of the bulletins for councilors – is also not alien to the committees, reports BNT.
