Mexican actor Eleazar Gómez is currently in jail for hitting and trying to strangle his then partner and it seems that things have become even more complicated, because his lawyer decided to drop the case and left Mexico.
It was during an interview with the television program Venga la Alegría that the lawyer explained the reasons and even spoke a little about the current state of the Mexican actor.
Floylán Díaz, as the lawyer is called, explained that no longer takes the Eleazar case since December, since he was infected with coronavirus and, to take care of his health, he had to put aside the case of Gómez.
Since December I am no longer in charge of the Eleazar affair. For health reasons I had to retire, I am no longer in Mexico, ”the legal expert explained to the program.
In addition, Froylán Díaz said that the actor already has a new team of lawyers and said that he is willing to continue supporting Eleazar, who has been singled out for gender violence on more than one occasion.

In addition, Froylán pointed out that the pandemic has affected Eleazar’s criminal process, since his second hearing, which was scheduled for January 6, was canceled due to the health contingency.
