Angie is an elderly woman who lost her husband around twenty years ago. Tyma sold her house a few years earlier, but she continued to live there. One fine day, she receives an eviction notice because the new owner has moved to Europe and stopped paying her mortgage. But despite several warnings, Tyma still stayed there, because she did not think that she would one day be deported.

And Danielle Calder, her 65-year-old neighbor, who lives a few blocks away, made an exceptional gesture: buying the house. The latter was put up for auction and then purchased by a company. So Calder bought it back for 154,129 euros.
Today, Calder is the new owner of the house, and Tyma is her tenant.
