Angie Tyma gets kicked out of her house mercilessly

Angie is an elderly woman who lost her husband around twenty years ago. She has lived for more than 35 years in a house in Hudson, Florida, but found herself on the street after being evicted from her home, as reported by the American national daily Today.comin an article published on December 13, 2016.

Her neighbors, who knew she was going through a difficult time, rallied to help her, and one of them even did the unthinkable!

Indeed, after spending 3 weeks in a hotel, Angie was invited to come back to the neighborhood to celebrate her birthday. A big party was thrown and one of his neighbors, Danielle Calder, gave him an unexpected gift.

Tyma sold her house a few years earlier, but she continued to live there. One fine day, she receives an eviction notice because the new owner has moved to Europe and stopped paying her mortgage. But despite several warnings, Tyma still stayed there, because she did not think that she would one day be deported.

“They kicked me out.” “I couldn’t believe it. », says Angy.

The old woman had nowhere to go. The future looks very bleak for her. But what she didn’t know was that guardian angels were watching over her.

When the residents of the neighborhood saw Tyma’s belongings outside, they did not hesitate for a single moment to help him. And Danielle Calder, her 65-year-old neighbor, who lives a few blocks away, made an exceptional gesture: buying the house. The latter was put up for auction and then purchased by a company. So Calder bought it back for 154,129 euros.

Today, Calder is the new owner of the house, and Tyma is her tenant.

“I’ve been through hell and back.” “I’m happy to be home, I’ve lived here for 35 years. », declared the latter.

“Usually one of my neighbors bakes me a cake every year, but this time when I got out of the car and saw all these people and the media… I was in shock.” “I was speechless. I couldn’t even speak.”, she added.

Why go to all this trouble for a simple neighbor? Calder’s response was simple: “Angy is the glue that holds the neighborhood together.” “Honestly, I didn’t need another house,” “But I needed her. I couldn’t see her living in a motel room. She’s been here so long. Everyone knows her and looks out for her,” says Calder.

”She has two small dogs that she walks. She’s an old woman, but she’s quite courageous and she has a lot of energy,” she adds.
