NEW YORK – A 67-year-old man was the victim from a severe beating inside a supermarket in Brooklyn that even left him with a broken nose, police reported.
Authorities reported that on Thursday, October 15, at around 10:50 am, the suspect had entered into a verbal discussion with the victim inside the ShopRite located at 590 Gateway Drive in Brooklyn. Later, the individual began to beat her violently.
Apparently, according to the authorities, the discussion would have started after the suspect twice bumped into the victim and she asked him about the incident.
The video shared by the authorities shows how the victim falls to the ground while the suspect hits him several times.
The elderly man was transported to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition and was treated for a broken nose, bruises and a brain hemorrhage.
The suspect fled the scene.
