In 2023, Elder Scrolls Online added more than 2 million new players. However, this number does not include players who received free access to the game on the Epic Games Store. The authors reported that the highest number of monthly active users was recorded since 2015. This happened in July, after the release of the Necrom chapter. The authors also noted that in 2023 they updated all equipment directly related to the quality of the product for players.
2024 marks the tenth anniversary of Elder Scrolls Online on PC. The authors plan to celebrate this event with a large number of public events and in-game events, details about which gamers will be able to receive after the winter holidays and closer to the date itself – the anniversary will take place on April 4.
