Rumors suggest Elden Ring’s expansion ‘Shadow of the Erdtree’ release date

The highly anticipated expansion for the acclaimed game Elden Ring might have had its release date accidentally revealed.
According to Deallabs user billbil-kun, who has a track record for leaking accurate game and product release details, the expansion named Shadow of the Erdtree is expected to arrive in June.

Physical Special Editions Containing the Expansion

The latest report states that Shadow of the Erdtree will come in two special editions. Both will be released on June 21 and will include the base game as well as the expansion DLC. The special editions include:

  • Game of the Year Edition: Priced at €79.99
  • Collector’s Edition: Priced at €259.99

It is worth noting that the release date for the physical editions may not necessarily coincide with the actual DLC release date, although a June release seems highly likely.
Based on billbil-kun’s information, it is highly likely that the expansion will be available no later than June 21.

Premiere of the Expansion Trailer

From Software is set to premiere the highly anticipated trailer for Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree today. The first trailer will be unveiled on Wednesday.
The trailer, running for approximately 3 minutes, will be available for viewing at 7am PT, 3pm GMT on February 21.
