You have games we look forward to and games we LOOK FORWARD to. And Elden Ring is a second category game for some editors. If the government only allows one game in a year, then this one. Such a game. And Skate is the man who has put Elden Ring at the top of his list for 2022. Then you can probably guess how the best man reacted when JJ told him that he could already play the game, for part, for a weekend. This is the preview of Elden Ring.
Did Skate have the weekend of his life with this preview?
However, skate is also skate. Someone who takes his job very seriously. And even though he knows for 99% that this game will make him happy, he is also looking for signs that live up to that one percent chance that the preview of Elden Ring is disappointing. And so, as always, he delivers a solid piece of work in this video. JJ acts as the ever curious interviewer. Because only one person was allowed to check the game. But as someone who found Bloodborne a scary and insane experience, he wants to know all about it. And so an animated and informative conversation ensues between the two. A conversation that will hopefully give you a good idea of what you can expect from the artists of From Software.
From Software comes with an open world for the first time in Elden Ring
What do we want to know? Which From Software game is Elden Ring most like? Or is it a mix of all their games. The best of all worlds? What about the always solid difficulty? And how does the open world aspect change the typical Soulslike gameplay? Skate tells it all to JJ and therefore to you. And so you’ll soon have the answer whether Elden Ring is still at the top of Skate’s wish list for 2022.
