Elden Ring already has hundreds of modifications, from those that change the look, others that transform the entire game, in addition to those that completely change the gameplay, as Elden Ring: First Person Souls (FPS)which transforms the entire game to the first-person perspective.
Other modders have already brought the first-person view to Elden Ring, but the new mod not only brings the perspective, but also adjusts the gameplay for it, such as the addition of the enemy attack indicator, since the view is limited in this way. .
It is possible to use the mod online, and you will not be banned, guarantees the modder. Elden Ring: First Person Souls does not allow you to lock onto the enemy, and this command is what will activate aim assist from that perspective. The creator of the mod explains that locking the camera in this view interferes with the gameplay.
I quickly tested the mod and it works surprisingly well. The enemy attack indicator is a nice addition, as it’s not possible to see what’s coming from the sides or behind with the first-person view. Movement and attacks flow well. The negative point is the scrolling that makes the camera rotate together, and this causes a certain discomfort. Some users have already suggested swapping the roll for a dash to eliminate this effect.
Speaking of mods, among the many that add content, Elden Ring: Unofficial Expansion promises to be a true expansion adding new maps, weapons, among other various additions and adjustments.
