The Elda City Council, through the Departments of Youth, Education and Digital Divide, has been offering free workshops since October that, under the name ‘Cyber ICT training’, include specific training to learn how to carry out online procedures, such as obtaining the Digital Certificate, learning to search for employment through the Internet or using the Internet safely and detecting false news or ‘fake news’.
