Oaxaca, Oaxaca.- After 7 years of living together, Elba Ester Gordillo, former leader of the National Union of Education Workers and the attorney that set her free Luis Antonio Lagunas contracted civil marriage at a private ceremony where guests were not allowed cell phone access.
In a video, the couple, she 77 years old and he 36, announced that they were married and thanked the displays of affection.
“After 7 years of sharing life together, Elba and I finally got married. With all my heart, thank you very much for all the love you have shown us,” Lagunas said.
