Mexico City. Felipe Rodríguez Salgado, The brushone of the alleged suspects involved in the disappearance of the 43 normal students of the Norma Rural Isidro Burgos, promoted a new amparo trial against the refusal of the Special Investigation and Litigation Unit for the Ayoptzinapa case (UELCA) to grant him certified copies and the failure to respond to the writings related to the research folder.
The collaborating witness of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) filed the appeal before the Eighth District Court of Amparo in Criminal Matters in Mexico City, where he claimed that he was denied “the issuance of a certified copy of all the records that make up the investigation folder FED/SDHPDSC/OI-CDMX/0000277/2020, as well as The omission to respond to the writings promoted in the investigation folder FED/SDHPDSC/OI-CDMX/0000277/2020 of 22 of January and February 2, 2024.”
However, Judge Rubén Dario Noguera required Cepillo to specify the actions of the authorities that he points out as responsible. Furthermore, the officer did not grant him a provisional suspension because the alleged hitman did not request it.
The judge scheduled the constitutional hearing for next April 30 where he will determine whether to grant the precautionary measure against the claimed acts.
