The EKT prosecutor who allegedly extorted an elementary school teacher in Batu Bara, Sarlita, kept silent after being questioned. The EKT was examined for 9.5 hours.
monitoring detikSumatra at the location at 19.16, the EKT prosecutor did not give any response when questioned when he left the North Sumatra Attorney General’s Office building. When he left the building, he was escorted by two officers from the North Sumatra Prosecutor’s Office.
Reported by detikSumut, Tuesday (16/5/2023) Kasi Penkum Kejati North Sumatra Yos A Tarigan explained that the inspection was carried out from 09.00 WIB. And the inspection ended at 18.30 WIB.
“We can convey that at 09.00 WIB this morning an examination was carried out in the Supervision Division of the North Sumatra High Prosecutor’s Office regarding the case of individual EKT prosecutors and finished at 18.30 WIB,” said Head of Penkum Penkum Kejati North Sumatra Yos A Tarigan, Monday (15/4/2023).
EKT was questioned by the North Sumatra Prosecutors’ Office of Supervision regarding the chronology of the handling of cases involving children from Sarlita who were involved in drug cases. EKT was also asked about the chronology of the viral video allegedly extortion.
“What was questioned was of course the chronology of the handling of the case and also the chronology of the video,” he explained.
Yos also said that the investigation would continue tomorrow. Tomorrow’s examination agenda will be focused on asking for information from the reporter, namely Sarlita.
