On Wednesday, Eivor Evenrud met for her first city council meeting after resigning from Rødt, as an independent representative.
In an interview with After post she tells the former Rødt team leader in Oslo that both SV and Ap have contacted her to ask if she wants to race for them. She also confirms that she is in the study.
– I don’t feel finished with politics, observes Evenrud, but he doesn’t want to reveal which party is more relevant.
When Evenrud resigned from Rødt, he wrote on Facebook that he no longer had the trust and space from party colleagues in the city council group. He also described the relationship between the city council group and the county council as often very problematic.
Evenrud was a popular politician and received 4,381 personal votes in the last election.
