Eivind Sander: – Turned on me prolapse in the neck

On Sunday, there was an anniversary party for the Discovery series “Next Summer”, where the actors could celebrate that they had recorded 100 episodes of the comedy series.

After ten years of recording can Eivind Sander (49), who plays Terje Martinsen, reveal that he has suffered several injuries over the years. He does that opposite “Good Evening Norway”.

– Straight to the emergency room

Sander says that, among other things, he has broken several fingers and tore up a foot during the recording of the series, but not least he has managed to “press on a prolapse”.

– I suffered a prolapse in my neck, he admits and adds:

– We recorded a scene where Terje had diarrhea in the forest. And when I played counterplay, I pushed so hard that I forced a prolapse. So then it was straight to the emergency room and to the chiropractor. I am well known at the emergency room.

When asked by Dagbladet about how it feels to be on “Next Summer”, the 49-year-old answers the following:

– I find it hard to get up in the morning, I dread it and I have prolapse in my neck, he says jokingly.

Dagbladet has been in contact with Eivind Sander, who does not wish to comment further on the matter.

– Embarrassing

In “Next Summer”, embarrassing situations often arise between the actors. Still, that’s not what the actors think is the worst thing about filming the series.

– So it’s not so embarrassing to record what is well written and delivered to us as embarrassing, it often goes quite well, says Sander, while co-actor Trond Fausa Aurvåg (50) add:

– The best is when things fluctuate and become embarrassing, then we feel good inside.

Colleague Janne Formoe (47) plays the role of Eva Nilsen in the series. She singles out freezing as the worst part of the recording.

– The most tiring thing about “Next summer” is that we get very cold. The Norwegian summer is not always so good, but on “Neste sommer” there is always good weather. So there is a lot of wool under dresses and shorts.

– It’s a bit of bad luck that every time we go swimming it’s September, and not July. That is perhaps the most challenging.
