On the fourth day of the so-called Eisenheim trial, one of the defendants made a statement for the first time. Marius H. was a passenger during the fatal alcohol ride that cost 20-year-old Theresa Stahl her life in April 2017. He spent three months in custody at the end of last year because he was suspected of inciting murder.
