The social center in Darmstadt-Arheilgen delivers on December 3 a very special treat! The music magazine “Eisenbahnliebe” invites you on a musical journey.
Set in an all-rail romance, “Jim and the Dampfkessel-Orchester” features a firework of popular and nearly forgotten German hits from the 1960s and 1970s. In about 100 minutes, the story tells how train attendant Marie and Paul, a former lifeguard who is about to take the exam to become a train driver, finally find themselves – on the train, of course.
The orchestra, made up of semi-professional musicians from and around Darmstadt, creates this high-level magazine together with committed amateur actors. The train stopped in Messel and Klein-Gerau and there were standing ovations from guests at the departure.
The trip starts at 20:00, the entrance is from 19:00. To go up!
Tickets are available in advance for 12 € in Darmstadt at EP: Wenner, Postagentur Kiosk Bayer, Wixhausen train station, at the travel agency Thomaschautzki in Erzhausen or via
