Eintracht Frankfurt and RB Leipzig will face each other in the 2023 DFB Cup final. There will be a public viewing for SGE fans who cannot be in Berlin.

Update from Saturday, May 20, 9:47 a.m.: The application phases at DFB, Eintracht Frankfurt and cup opponents RB Leipzig have ended, the tickets for the final in the Olympiastadion Berlin have been allocated. If you didn’t get tickets for the final on June 3rd, you can now get some for the Public Viewing im Deutsche Bank Park to back up. The arena in Frankfurt will broadcast the DFB Cup final live on a large screen.

And the demand for tickets in the home stadium is huge. Advance sales started on Friday (May 19) and standing room tickets are no longer available on Saturday morning. So if you want to experience the possible next cup triumph of the SBU in the former Waldstadion, you have to make do with the seats.

Admission begins at 6 p.m., kick-off is at 8 p.m. The tickets are online only available and include the RMV combination ticket for free arrival and departure by public transport. However, the RMV combined ticket must be activated separately. There is free choice of seats in the stadium.

Eintracht Frankfurt in the DFB Cup final: All information about public viewing, fan meetings and possible title celebrations

First report from Tuesday, May 16, 9:42 a.m.: Eintracht Frankfurt’s success story is ready to take on the next chapter. After winning the Europa League 2022 in the final against Glasgow Rangers (5: 4 after penalties), the SBU is again in a final a good twelve months later. On Saturday, June 3rd, the Eagle Bearers will meet defending champions RB Leipzig in the final of the DFB Cup. Kick-off at the Berlin Olympic Stadium is at 8 p.m.

For Eintracht Frankfurt it is the fourth DFB Cup final since the turn of the millennium. The defeats in 2006 (0:1 against Bayern Munich) and 2017 (1:2 against Borussia Dortmund) were followed by winning the title in 2018. At that time, the SBU beat record champions FC Bayern 3:1.
