Eintracht Frankfurt will have to do without their own fans for the Europa League game in Istanbul, as Fenerbahce will not provide any guest contingent.
For the game between Fenerbahce and Eintracht on December 9, there will be no guest contingent “due to legal requirements”, as the Hessians announced on Tuesday.
In Turkey, according to Eintracht, “no ticket contingents may be made available for guest clubs in either national or international competitions”.
The Bundesliga side, who want to make it through to the round of 16 on the last day of the game, will be given a contingent on the main stand as stipulated by the European Football Union UEFA.
