The prefecture of Val d’Oise publishes a decree this Saturday concerning eight shopping centers of over 20,000 square meters. The businesses will have to require the health pass and the wearing of the mask will remain obligatory inside the establishments from Monday, August 16, because the incidence rate exceeds the 200 new positive cases per 100,000 inhabitants since today.
