Eight people have been killed in various spas in the United States
Washington, March 17, LETA – AFP. Police in Georgia, the United States, said on Tuesday, two different spas have killed eight people, six of them Asian, police and local media reported.
Police have arrested 21-year-old Robert Aaron Long, who is suspected of all three attacks.
Four people were killed in a shooting at Young’s Asian Massage near Acquett, a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia’s Atlanta Journal-Constitution, citing the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.
The victims are two Asians, a white man and a man of Latin American descent.
The Atlanta Police Department has confirmed that four more women with gunshot wounds have been found dead in two Atlanta companies identified by the media as Gold Massage Spa and Aroma Therapy.
The South Korean Foreign Ministry has confirmed that the four women killed are Korean.
Police suspected the suspect about 240 kilometers from Atlanta after a brief chase.
