The Royal Netherlands Marechaussee removed eight Polish men from a plane at Schiphol this morning because they did not want to wear a mask during a flight from Poland to Amsterdam. In addition, the men followed did not follow the instructions of the staff and they caused nuisance on board, the Marechaussee reports.

The men also frequently walked down the aisle, refusing to sit in their own place. Something that is asked of passengers due to the corona measures.
The men were arrested and interrogated at Schiphol. They missed their connecting flight. The captain of the flight is going to report the men, a spokesman for the Marechaussee said.
The Public Prosecution Service decides what fine the men will receive. They will probably be able to continue their journey later today.
