The club’s first football team continued their training at the Mokhtar Al-Touch Stadium on Al-Jazira, in preparation for the Egyptian Super Cup competitions, which are scheduled to take place in the Emirates between 20 and October 24th.
The training session started with a group of physical exercises led by Andreas Endoya, the load designer, and continued for 25 minutes, according to the program developed by the technical staff to prepare the players for the competition.
After that, the players performed various tactical exercises, which ended with a strong ball separation with the participation of all players. During the division, Marcel Kohler, the technical director, was eager to implement many technical aspects in preparation to face Ceramica Cleopatra in the semi-finals of the competition.
The technical staff also set October 17 as the date to travel to the Emirates, after ensuring that all arrangements related to travel, accommodation and transport were completed before the start of the tournament.
