Egyptian Singer Mustafa Qamar Launches Fiery Attack on Art Critic Tariq Al-Shennawi Over Movie Review

A major attack by Egyptian singer Mustafa Qamar on art critic Tariq Al-Shennawi, because of the movie “Sons of Karim’s Harem”, which was recently released in theaters.

The film represents the second part of the movie “Harem Karim”, which was shown 18 years ago, and co-starring Mustafa Qamar, Dalia Al-Buhairi, Ola Ghanem, Basma and Tiam Mustafa Qamar. It was written by Zainab Aziz and directed by Ali Idris.

However, the work was not accepted by the art critic Tariq Al-Shennawi, who confirmed in media statements that the film is very bad, and was implemented in a way that has technical regression, and there is no relationship between it and the first part.

Al-Shennawi also criticized Mustafa Qamar’s performance, noting that his problem is that he is still living in the past, although he was preparing a distinguished actor’s project.

This angered Mostafa Qamar, and prompted him to attack art critic Tariq Al-Shennawi through his official account on “Instagram”, after he published the photo of the statements.

The Egyptian singer commented, “I didn’t ask you to stay away from me at all..and don’t talk to me because you don’t mock me..okay, you brought it to yourself.”

Qamar continued his attack, saying, “In general, my name is Tariq..you are the writer of idiotic words..it indicates for the millionth time that you have not seen the movie..and in general, the real cinema audience who entered the movie will respond to you..who does not have a call for hypocrisy or the interest of anyone else.”

In the end, Mustafa Qamar sent a mysterious message to Al-Shennawi, saying, “Think about me like this, what did you do??.. It is four letters that come to me,” to end his angry speech directed at the critic Tariq Al-Shennawi.
