Cairo News Channel reported, in urgent news, that the Egyptian Red Crescent is establishing a relief camp in the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, under the guidance of the Egyptian political leadership.
The channel’s correspondent stated that the first phase of the camp is being completed, which includes 300 tents and is capable of accommodating more than 1,500 people.
He stressed that the relief camp in Khan Yunis comes within the framework of Egypt’s efforts to alleviate the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and accommodate thousands of displaced people from its north.
