Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Egyptian businessman, Naguib Sawiris, criticized the decision of the Parliament’s Plan and Budget Committee to impose a fee of 100 Egyptian pounds (approximately $3) on citizens and foreigners while leaving the country, with the exception of tourists who visit certain areas, describing The decision is “stupid,” noting that tourists should be excluded, at least.
