Egyptian artist Sherihan offered her condolences to singer Latifa Al-Tunisia, after her mother died following a struggle with illness.
Sherihan wrote in her account on the “X” platform: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (O reassured soul, return to your Lord, satisfied and pleasing, so enter among My servants and enter My Paradise). God Almighty has spoken the truth.. I ask God Almighty to strengthen your heart. Oh my beloved and my dear, with serenity, patience and faith, May God reward you, give you the best condolences, and give you patience, solace, and strength in the loss of your dear mother… God lives, and we belong to God, and to Him we shall return.”

The Musical Professions Syndicate in Egypt, headed by the artist Mustafa Kamel, also issued a statement in which it said: With great sorrow and sadness and with hearts that believe in God’s will and destiny, the General President of the Musical Professions Syndicate, the Board of Directors and the General Assembly extend to the family of the artist Latifa and her family their sincere condolences, asking the Almighty God to grant the deceased his deepest condolences. May his mercy rest upon her and grant her peace and comfort to her family.
Latifa’s mother died today, Monday, after a bitter struggle with illness, in one of the major hospitals in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
Latifa’s business manager, Doris Iskander, revealed to the “Fuchsia” website that Latifa is scheduled to accompany her mother’s body to the Tunisian capital, for her funeral in her hometown.
The artist Latifa mourned her mother on her Instagram account, saying: (And give good news to the patient ones who, when a calamity befalls them, say, “Indeed, we belong to God and to Him we shall return”). My mother is the light of my eyes, my life, my entire life is under the protection of the Great Creator.. We belong to God and to Him we shall return.. In heaven, oh The most precious person in my life.
